I got call from OOPNP office yesterday.

my time line is:

Received PT Dec 4/2015

Deliver document to OOPNP officeon Jan 18/2016

Received AOR on July 20

Got call from Nomination Office yesterday Nov 02/2016, asked for basic information, and asked me to
email them back additional documents (T4, NOA, Recent bank statement). and I received a email as well, saying
I'm in decision phase. And I just emailed back the additional docs.

So hoping I can got the 600 points in these two weeks!! ;D ;D

Yes I did. A few days before expiry. You have to withdraw current profile and then tou create new one. No big deal. Then inform oinp. This is to their instruction I received this email from them:

If the profile on which you received a Letter of Interest became ineligible, you have to advise our office.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) will continue to process your application if you create a new Express Entry profile, however, to do so we require you to provide the following within 30 calendar days from the creation of your new profile, or if you have not yet submitted your application, with the application:

1. The Express Entry number/job seeker validation code for your new profile;
2. A copy of the letter you have received from Citizenship and Immigration Canada acknowledging the new profile; and
3. A letter explaining why you updated your profile and a list of the additional or updated information you provided in your new Express Entry profile.

Please be advised that OINP may require you provide additional or updated documents to support your application.

OINP staff will contact you directly should documentation be required.

All statements and authorizations that you agreed to in your original application continue to apply to any new information you provide to support your application.

If you provide false or incomplete information, your application will be denied.

I have created a new profile and now I want to communicate this to OINP.How do I send these details to OINP. Is it by email or courier? Also which address should I send it to?

Hello guys, i got nomination and ITA but i am not going to use it because I received my permanent residency confirmation under caring for people with high medical needs. I applied on october 27 2016 and I got it today.

This may be little off-topic for you but you guys have tons of information and have already gone through process so may be can help me.

I received the PT Notification of Interest last Thursday for French stream.
I am collecting documents to send the package.
I have below questions if you can help me:

1) I don't have salary written on most of my reference letters, can i submit a LOE to let them know of my salary. I have payslips for 2 companies out of 4 but other 2 did not give any payslips but i have Work Permit(foreign experience). Would that work? And should i give all the payslips, it would be more 40 pages of payslips if i send all.

2) I have not yet received the hard copy of ECA from WES. Can i send them the web copy of online ECA report and order WES to send a copy to OINP?

3) Should i just send the notarized Bachelors Degree and copy of transcripts or should i also include all the marksheets?

4)What should be included in the resumé? Should it be the ones with which we apply for jobs or any other format is available?

5) There is a logo with "Satyamev Jayate" in hindi on my Birth certificate and do i need to have it translated ? And also birth certificate has the stamp "Translated version of Gujarat Birth/Death Certificate". Is this acceptable ?

6) There was a mistake in my name in the passport. It was corrected by Indian Embassy and i have given a new passport more than 2 years ago. They had only asked me to give the advertisement in 2 x newspapers but they did not ask for an affidavit. Is it necessary to have the affidavit or should i just put the copies of my old and new passport with newspaper ads?

7) My fathers name is differently written on my Birh certificates and educational documents, should it be written in the same way?

Can anyone explain what do I need to explain for this question.
I made a transaction for buying some property.

Personal funds explanatory letter and supporting documents (e.g., remittance form, letter of support, overseas bank statements of parent(s)) for your settlement funds in Ontario for large deposit in your Account on October 28, 2015.

What are they trying to know if i have enough funds or they are trying to know what was the transaction done?

They are essentially trying to figure out where your funds came from , if you had a huge deposit in your account on the date mentioned then they went to know where did the money come from. They want to know how you will support yourself and where the money you have right now came from .

Hi, what is this "caring for people with high medical needs". I also applied with the same NOC as you 3012. How did you do it. Seems like you got it immediately... Any information would be great..

All they need is to see in some reasonable way that your job was paid - people used pay slips (like 4 to 6 from 1 job), contract where payment is stated, tax sheet where you can track the payment to the company, or salary contract...

No, you have to send them 1 hard copy of ECA (one you recieve per nomal mail) and also to ask WES to send them direct copy of your ECA (that is additional paid service by WES). So wait until you have that ECA.

3) Should i just send the notarized Bachelors Degree and copy of transcripts or should i also include all the marksheets?
Also they ask it, you can send simple copies of originals or of official translations (they will have your ECA anyway and ECA has copies directly from University). In the past this was accepted

4)What should be included in the resumé? Should it be the ones with which we apply for jobs or any other format is available?
Your resume should match to what you state in application and should be in some good Canadian format. Other than that it can be similar to what you send to employers.

5) There is a logo with "Satyamev Jayate" in hindi on my Birth certificate and do i need to have it translated ? And also birth certificate has the stamp "Translated version of Gujarat Birth/Death Certificate". Is this acceptable ?
If it is just a logo, then I do not think it is needed to be translated (also the person that translates it can do it). Here check further applicants from India. I have used one of official registred translators and there was translator claus added to each document (that the translator is official and registered in our country as official legal translator).

You only have to give copeis of all pages of your previous passports if your new one was issued less than 2 years ago. And again if it will expire in less than 2 years, some proof that you asked for new passport already.

I have created a new profile and now I want to communicate this to OINP.How do I send these details to OINP. Is it by email or courier? Also which address should I send it to?

I think a lot of us will have to go through this process soon. I would send them an email in the first instance and ask to acknowledge receipt and confirm whether they want this information by post as well. If they don't respond within a couple of days follow up by post. I think the address is at the top of your AOR letter: OINP, 400 University Avenue, 5th Floor, Toronto ON M7A 2R9.
Can I ask you - did your original profile expire or did you withdraw it in order to create a new one? So when you logged in there was an option to "Create EE profile"? And then it's exactly like the first time around?

You can show your work contracts which has salary mentioned in it. You need not show all pay slips. Only need to show 2 to 3 payslips per job.

Better to wait for the hard copy of WES, then take its photocopy. Yes, you can go ahead with ordering an extra ECA copy to be sent directly to OINP from WES.

ECA Report copy, Copy of transcripts and copy of Degree certificate, nothing else.

4)What should be included in the resumé? Should it be the ones with which we apply for jobs or any other format is available?
Resume should include all the jobs for which you have worked and are attaching the reference letters. It will be in the same format when you apply for jobs.

As long as your birth certificate is in English, it is fine. If not, then get it translated in English. Don't worry about such stupid things like Logo.

Only copies of your old and new passports (all pages included even the blank pages) plus the newspaper ads.
Make sure you don't leave out a single page of your passports.

Mention your father's name the way it is mentioned in your passport.
