Also you changed banks you might still get those history statements for your old accounts. I know that in my e banking is a histroy from the start of internet banking onwards. Plus banks are required to store rather long history of transactoins. The question only is if your old bank will be willing to offer you that type of service.TicTocCroc said:

Go and pick them up personaly
Ask somebody a friend or such to pick them up for you
Ask all your emplyers for opies of required documents. Again there is rather long period of archivation of such do uments needed.
Also check on that request if you need to provide all sets of documents ( as they do practicaly confirm the very same thing) or if you need to provide at just fulll playment history with one of thoselisted means.
Last is curiosity question as what might have triggered ontario to do such detailed request. On a first reading it sounds to me more like a way to cut down on amount of applicants hor the human capital stram.
