Yeah. I hope so. With 10 in writing, I can go up to 484. Today I completed 2 years which enables me to get 473. I still have 1 year on work permit. But I would like to get PR as soon as possible.

We were blessed with a baby this February 2016. What is the best way to add him to the application and do I need to sent any of his documents to OINP/CIC now ?.

issue a passport for the baby first, have his birth certificate in English, copy both and send them along with completed "change of personal info" form by snail mail/courier
