Only those who were in visa expiry problem.

Please change my AOR date in the list to 29-Jun-2016. I got the email on 30-Jun-2016 but the AOR letter is dated 29-Jun-2016.

Guys, I am coming back to India tomorrow, for short vacation. I won't be carrying my laptop all the time so can't update the list.

It would be great if anyone can volunteer to maintain the list till then. It would be nice if the list can be kept in same format, but not necessary, just for the easy readability.

November applicants have got nominations, but some applicants are still waiting.

December applicants are in same boat like us, only some of visa expiring applicants have got nomination.

In January list, only one member has reported so far who has got nominated.

For more info., you need to check the list which is maintained separately in all the threads.

I see some people are get AOR. Great news. My passport and my wife's are also expiring soon. We are renewing next month. We didn't got rejected so far (sent Jan 14th). After getting the new PP, what's the most advisable procedure? Scan the new PP pages and send by email - Mail to OINP and update EE profile?? I hope they dont reject it.

We don't maintain excel document, but above is the list which you have to edit time to time.

To keep the same formatting.

1. Quote my post.
2. Delete the quote tags from top and bottom.
3. Add/Edit the texts, I would suggest you to copy the full row while adding new applicant.
4. After doing editing, click on preview button before posting.

You can follow below steps:

1. Update EE profile right away as soon as you get your new passport.
2. Fill 0161E-Change of Information Form. Refer: www.forms.ssb.gov.on.ca/mbs/ssb/forms/ssbforms.nsf/GetFileAttach/005-0161E~1/$File/0161E.pdf
3. Attach all the documents, clear copies of passport (all pages).
4. Explanation letter, and any other documents which you think can be useful for OINP to support your case.
5. Any previous e-mail communication with OINP related to this.
6. Send them by POST MAIL or FAX

Few applicants have reported that their applications have been rejected due to expiry passport. These days OINP is very strict but if you get your AOR then you should be fine. After getting AOR, you can easily communicate with OINP by using provided File#

The AOR dates shown in the list is 1 day late. Akmoolah recd AOR on 29th June. 30th June is still not started. Same is the case with FEYA and all. Please update the same. AOR recd today will be 30th June and not 1st July
