i have been living in my current location for 3 years now, and for official address proof i have rent deed to support that, hope that would be fine ?

Ok, straight answer to your question: apply to your local PSK.

Everyone here, try to call OINP to get your status. They have started looking into Jan applications. However, we won't get acknowledgement soon.

When I called last week, they said that my application is accepted as complete, need to wait for AOR.

Anything which is missed as per application guide will lead ur application to incomplete status.

Don't trust anything OINP says unless it's in written form. They have a good record of lying over phone. So far I have heard 2 different things from them.

If one cannot prove ties with Ontario?

If the Passport expiry is within one year?

If POF amount falls below the required amount due to exchange rate?

It is not mandatory but intent to reside in ontario should be mentioned.

If the Passport expiry is within one year?
You need to get it renewed and notify OINP of same.

If POF amount falls below the required amount due to exchange rate?
OINP knows this thing but POF should always be greater than the requirement to cover the gap.

Dear team,
This is in follow-up with the previous email I sent to you (below) regarding change in personal particulars.

As I had mentioned in a letter of explanation in my application package, my passport was due for expiry and the government rule did not permit me to apply for a fresh passport at that time.

I had emailed you the new passport details soon after I got it reissued. Attached in this email is the scanned copy of the entire passport.

I do understand that you have a huge backlog to process. However, I will consider it to be a special privilege if you help me know the status of my application using the following details.

Full Name (Last, First): Last, First
Express Entry ID: Exxxxxxxxx
Application delivered: 15-JAN-2016
Received by: M.Noel

Passport#: X#######
Issue Date: DD-MM-YYYY
Exp. Date: DD-MM-YYYY
(Attached)

P.S: The new passport also has a stamp of Police Clearance Certificate which indicates there's no adverse report against me.

Have a good day.

Guys! Just tried calling OINP on 4163270374. Couldn't connect to the concerned person to know the status of my application. Kindly guide me on how to reach the operator for the status of the application.

Thanks

When you call the number, it first gives you the option of selecting your preferred language, then it prompts you to select what service you want. Opt to speak with an operator/representative/officer (option "press 0"), after then it redirects you and you get to speak with with someone.
Hope this helps.

Received OINP REJECTION LETTER Today =((((

App Deadline: 18th Jan 2016
App Sent: 8th Jan 2016
Rejection: 1 day late (received 19th Jan 2016)

I can't find my tracking number to prove delivery. I emailed OINP in Feb and they stated my application was reieved and in queue. OINP took 5 months to reject my application.

I'm angry as I feel like they're looking for excuses to reduce their work load. I'm devastated, this was our only hope for PR :'(

Any advice, any hope of appeal?? So sad :(

i am not sure but is it possible to contact the courier with your package details like date, time, drop off location etc to retrieve your record?

This is really sad. It is clear that they are overwhelmed with the volume of applications and they want to reduce the volume by all means to meet their allocation for the year. I am not sure what option you have because if they can prove that they received your application as claimed, they would get away with it. You can also confirm from your courier as suggested anyways. Goodluck!
