Hi guys,

a quick questions, after AOR - Nomination - ITA, to comply with ITA do we have to submit the full pack of documents once again to CIC which we did to Ontario or there is a limited requirement as Ontario already has them and has nominated based cross checking them ?

Post ITA do the provincial nominee candidates only have to submit medical and PCC docs ? Background check is done my PNP or by CIC ? and post ITA can we expect COPR within 90 days

After ITA, CIC gives you personalized documents list as per your application, which you need to provide. It is generally all the documents you have already provided to particular province.

No. You have to submit all documents based on your personalized checklist, along with PCC, medical docs. Yes, you can expect nomination within 90 days but as per current processing speed, all candidates are not getting within the given time frame.

Sent app 14 Jan
I've not received any message or email regarding recidpt of my docs,although I have received three emails regarding profile updation from cic.Now What to do there is no clue.

Most of us are waiting for acknowledgement so dont worry you're not alone.
Check ir CIC profile if any of information u entered has been expired like Ielts score.
Check for CIC account status.
Check for any new message in ur CIC account.
Are u CEC or FSW applicant?

The bank issue a DD of local CANADA bank. so if you ask your bank they will say the DD is en cashed but until OINP submit your DD they dont get money.

That's not right. The bank issue DD of their name only but it is always mentioned on DD about the drawee bank. In my case, it is AXIS BANK, and drawee bank is JP Morgan, Toronto Branch. When you ask your bank to check if your DD has been en-cashed then they confirm with their respective branch (in my case it is JP Morgan) to confirm if DD was en-cashed or not then only they tell their customer.
