I have a query ... I sent my complete application package on Jan 31st 2016, which was received on around Feb 2nd 2016, perhaps and my AOR is still pending. At that point in time, when sending my application package, Birth certificates for me and my spouse were currently being processed by the Government. As such to support my case, I sent across duly attested and notarized affidavits along with Passport copies of myself and my spouse to support my Date and Place of Birth.
Later, over a period time (after my application was sent and delivered), i received the birth certificates issued from the government (around a week later) and I promptly sent the scanned copies of the same informing them that the same could not be earlier sent on account of processing issues and I was sending them now proactively.
Considering, I haven't received my AOR as yet ... my queries are:
1. Will that create a Problem or is it alright because i was prompt enough to send it out before they have even started to work on my application?
No, it will not be a problem. OINP usually note down the reported changes in their system, and review officer automatically knows what changes have been made.
2. My original passport was due for expiry during the latter half of 2017 when my application was sent across (hence it was still valid for around 18-19 months).
Now, in order to avoid issues, i have got my passport reissued, and its expiry has been extended till 2020. Hence should I send the new passport as Scanned Copies like I did for the Birth Certificates, considering my AOR is still pending or wait for the final nomination (if successful) and use the new passports along with the original passports in the federal application later?
Yes, you should send new Passport copy ASAP, and notify OINP over email and call both.
3. Also, what would be good time to upload new passport data in the Express Entry profile, considering my Ontario application has already gone out and my reissued passports have come in later?
You should do it right away. Hence, when OINP will cross verify your application with the information entered in EE profile, should not create any problem.
Can someone please help to answer the queries above? Would be a great help ...
