I have seen a few people getting AOR when there WP is about to expire irrespective when there files were sent.

Other than that i havent seen anyone getting AOR for application received in January .

That's true and that is how OINP is processing applications these days.

Hi Guys,

I have two questions and need your help please.

I submitted my application for OINP on the 06th January 2016. Since then I have not heard back from them.

Ques 1) In March my fixed deposit matured and I made a new one with the same amount. Do I need to resubmited the POF documents? or what shall I do?

Ques 2) My Spouse's passport number is changed as the passport got renewed so How do I supply the documents again?

Will they return my application, please suggest something by your experience.

Yes, you should send them now. They may also ask for latest POF.

Yes, you should submit them the latest passport with explanation letter.

Will they return my application, please suggest something by your experience.
No, they will notify you and give you 30 days to re-submit missing/incomplete/expiring documents.

I don't find any reason of sending your application back. You just need to inform about the changes you've made.

this long process is KILLING us how do you deal with it?
any idea what happen next? an aor and then waiting an other 4 month? then the ita process? any ideas?
i go every week to see the timelines but since they are not updated you can t have a good idea about what happened to december people neither november

Currently AORs are being sent to December applicants and nomination for November applicants. Based on the current trend, You can expect to receive AOR 120-140 days after your application package has been delivered to OINP. In the AOR letter you will be asked to submit the duplicate copy of your ECA report to OINP, if you have already done that, you can ignore it. Post AOR, your file will be assessed by an officer and you can expect to hear their decision on your file within 90 days post AOR.

Are they asking for a duplicate copy of ECA from everyone ?And has that to be sent to them from WES directly .I have no idea about this .

Can you let me know what it is all about and when and how i can do this .

Yes, you need to ask WES to send ECA report directly to OINP.

Also do i have to send the same for myself and my wife ?
