it most likely means they are making sure you satisfy all the requirements for the nominee program before they will issue you the AOR.

Those are good news hope. I have a question did you work permit is expired, and did you apply to visitor/student visa? I am asking because mine is going to expire soon, but I want to apply to another status like student/visitor but I don't know how this might affect my application ???HoPe90 said:Hi guys, I called them and got through after calling 15 times. They also told me my application is in the last stages of review and if they do not know how long it will take for me to receive AOR. I informed her that when i had originally applied i was in the process of restoring my status and I got my restoration approved, so I wanted to make sure they knew this so they do not reject my application because of this and she told me she checked to see if they had any notes for additional documentation request and there was none so I should be fine * fingers crossed* so now we wait for AOR , God willing. Also mentioned if by now they have not sent the application back for missing documents then it should be fine.
January applicants, let's keep our fingers crossed as we may start getting a lot of AORs this month.
