I have submitted on March 15th and changed to Assessment on April 3rd.

Many of us already declared the same, looks like they start working on applications after 3 weeks, consistently.

Now,that's where you missed.According to this forum no one has received NOI in March.OINP has not officially declared about the pause.But it seems they have not given NOI's after February ending!!!

Do we need to create One-Key account before getting NOI for Ontario? Please confirm.

I only have EE profile of mine created. Nothing else. Please suggest.

I believe, you can create One-Key account only after you receive NOI through your EE profile.

I re-created EE profile on 23rd February and received NOI on 27th February with crs 404.

No one gets it yet bc after "decision in progress" will be "approved".
