Guys i got approval message in my CIC account from Ontario on 10th May. It shows "accept" or "Not accept". Is this the message that everyone is waiting for? What are the next steps after i accept this. Can anyone please guide. Appreciate that!! Thanks...

Hello people,

I have not received any update from OINP. I applied on 8th mar and not heard anything. it is in DIP stage since mid april.

I saw that some who applied in 1st week of march have already received nomination by April 28th.

I know a person who applied on 3rd had been requested for some additional documents recently.

I am worried if they will ask for any documents or reject my file for any reason, as I have not heard anything from them.

Please let me know your thoughts on this based on your observations of current trend.

PS: I am FSW Outland applied in HCP stream.

I received an NOI on my EE profile yesterday @ a late hour from Ontario ...so noticed only few hours back ,when I tried to create a profile under Human capital on Ontario website ,its giving me "Please note that the OINP has reached its registration intake limit for this stream"

Does that mean I missed my chance or There is something I am missing in the process ?

I just had the same experience... I sent them a letter at their Help page asking "Is there another way I can follow up on the interest letter I received"

There is no 'Accpet' or 'No Accept' options for the NOI.

The only way to accept the NOI is to apply via one-key

Hi every one, I am asking on someones behalf, not much knowledgeable in regards to ICT nomination. Just wanted to know, if it still open or not. Is there any way that we can come to know, that when it gets open, pause or re open.
Also, I have heard that it's not the requirement to have one year experience under ICT. Is it right or wrong. Thanks in advance.

What do you know about Procedural Fairness Request – Federal Skilled Worker?? I got one last night. Got 30 days to provide with the additional information. It says

1. A review of the information provided in support of your application, including the reference , indicates that your job duties may not match the lead statement and a substantial number of the main duties under NOC 0122 – Banking, Credit and Other Investment Managers.
2. Please confirm the appropriate NOC to classify your duties in this role. Should you select a new NOC, please submit confirmation that you have updated your MyCIC profile accordingly (i.e. EE profile number if different, screenshot of the NOC selected, etc.) and supporting documentation that your job duties match the lead statement and main duties of the NOC Code you have chosen to be assessed against.

Please suggest what should I do now.

Thanks for your response but below are the job duties which my company provided me on letter head and I have filed under 2171 NOC code

1). Researching, consulting, analyzing and evaluating system program needs.

2). Identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes,procedures and methods.

3). Testing in an applications programming language within established testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards to ensure programs and applications perform to specification.

4). Writing and maintaining test case to meet system requirements, system designs and technical specifications in accordance with quality accredited standards.

5). Providing advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals and strategies for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costing

Please suggest if NOC code matches 2171 job duties
