I created a profile in Sep last year with 440. I haven't received anything yet. Will they send the invitation to the email or do we have to check the EE application status? Thanks

I recreated it on 18 Feb because old one was about to expired in April

4 people I know got NOIs had created their profiles on or after 18 Feb...Hence, I assumed that maybe fresh profiles are being selected....but i guess since you have also not received, maybe their algorithm does random selection...

Not sure what is criteria for them to select and send NOI? There is guy score 401 and just created profile few days ago and got NOI.
I think CRS high doesnt mean you will get NOI. And not sure about the date of created profile also.

Spreading the information!

If you wish to obtain Ontario NOI its good to create a new GCKEY . The reason for doing this is that Ontario PNP software sometimes misses out old profiles. The issue was also observed last year when people had to create multiple new GCKEY till they got their NOI from ontario.
