Would you mind sharing the link?Their are various form in social media that are reporting approvals for people applied in march
This stream (EJO - international student stream) isn't an EE stream, so you don't get EE points from this. So nothing changes on your EE profile. I believe you get your nomination letter and open a PNP - non ee application and include it there. Once you get your AOR from the PNP - non ee application you can apply for BOWP I think. Also I think you're supposed to work for the same employer at least until you get your PR.Please, can someone guide what happens when you get the nomination? Can we apply for open work permit and also update the EE profile with nomination certificate? How long do we work with same employer?
Did you get a nomination btw? Still waiting for mine...Please, can someone guide what happens when you get the nomination? Can we apply for open work permit and also update the EE profile with nomination certificate? How long do we work with same employer?
Oh man, sorry to hear. Hope both of us get our nominations soon. It looks like OINP seems to be slow in processing recently. Not received the nomination, I am only trying plan ahead since I worked for the employer for six months but then I got rejection for work permit extension application and couldn't work after Mar 2024. Based on what you mentioned, I foresee that I am still 4-6 months away of receiving AOR as you mentioned and then apply for work permit to start working. Employer is also not ready to wait for me that long, and are looking for replacement so I don't know if I will be able to fulfill the obligation of working with same employer during nomination period or what happens to the PNP- Non EE application.
Take a look here: https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-employer-job-offer-streams-employer-guide#section-6, under section: "If the employment position is approved". It looks like OINP will give you a work permit support letter once you get your nomination. I think you might be able to use that to get your WP.Not received the nomination, I am only trying plan ahead since I worked for the employer for six months but then I got rejection for work permit extension application and couldn't work after Mar 2024. Hey, Thanks a lot for this information, the main concern is only timing. It's been 3.5 months, profile is in DIP status, despite numerous webforms and calls made to OINP. What's your NOC? Is anyone on this forum NOC 20012?Take a look here: https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-employer-job-offer-streams-employer-guide#section-6, under section: "If the employment position is approved". I have asked my immigration consultant regarding this and he asked me to reach out to Local MPP and ask for help. Is anyone over here has experience dealing with Local MPP ?Is there anyone over here who got stuck on "Assessment" like me? My File was last updated on April 17 2024 on Assessment and I am still waiting for any response. I have tried to contact them through web form but they have given automated responses. Is there any other way to contact them? I was thinking of calling them but many in this forum are saying they are not giving responses so, is there any other way?
I have asked my immigration consultant regarding this as well. I'll keep you posted regarding his response. Thanks,
