What is the "Procedural Fairness Request letter"?
Is it additional requries?

Hello everyone, congratulations on everyone who got the nomination.
I'm looking for help, registered today for the account (since it was opened again) for the International Student with the job offer.
Based on what I'm reading here after you get the "approved" stage you have to apply paper based which takes 16 months. Isn't it better to wait for 1 year work experience in canada and apply for Express Entry and you also don't pay the 1200$ fee? I have studied for 2 years in Toronto for Computer Programming and I have a job offer. Please advise what you think I should do?

With oinp you can get additional 2 years of work visa and thru EE that isn't a possibility.
It costs more and takes more but again you never know what will happen with EE in a year

You never know what will happen after an year. For me, it is worth the additional cost

Mine is in DIP since June 23rd then just got the PFL on July 24th for the updated document.

Its look like during "assessment" status they just checked if you provides all docs or not and then during DIP Status another officer will determine wheather are more docs need to support application or not. if he things provided docs enough to support application then he will give approval

An updated job offer letter.

Because I graduated from the school in August last year and got a permanent full time job before graduation but the OINP still paused receiving all new applications at that time so I couldn't apply for anything yet. With this reason, the date on the job offer letter was last year which means it is older than 6 months since I submitted the application on June 1st.

They asked me for the updated job offer letter so I talked to HR and CFO (the Company Signing Officer) then they created it with the new date in March when my salary got increased.

Hopefully, it works well.

Don't worry it will be fine. They asked me too, to send the copy of my diploma.

I got PFL too requesting additional for job offer and work experience.

Job offer to I submitted with application was signed by my employer only not by me

Proof of 2 years experience from my previous employer and current employer

Can anybody help me what should be a formats for job offer ?

Has anyone a confirmation of receipt for their response to the Procedure Fairness Request?
