Hey guys, if the OINP for a Foreign Worker with a Employer Job Offer Stream opened on the 21th, how come there were people applying already before that?

Also, when will the programs close and open again? And how much is the quota?

First it was open back in 31st May, 2017 and they re-open it on 20th July

Does anyone have the previous guide for the employer job offer - international stream which was updated on May 31st, 2017?

Is anyone still waiting approved pnp? I'm still waiting since May 26, 2017 that applied paper-based application... I have no idea that they are still checking my stuff. Lol

Hi. I am doing a master and my husband is planning to apply for that stream. But it is only for NOC 0, a and b right? Why do you mention "noc C and D need IELTS"? I am confused
