Hi,

don’t just refresh the page, instead open https://www.ontario.ca/page/oinp-employer-job-offer-international-student-stream
and right click “Submit an Application” button (located approximately at the bottom of the above mentioned website page) and select “open in a new tab”. Keep doing that every second once the stream opens. You will get in after 5-10 tries.
It worked for me, my friends and i hope it works for you.

Keep checking updates on
https://www.ontario.ca/page/2020-ontario-immigrant-nominee-program-updates

they will post an update when it opens,
Usually it opens between 10-11 am.

I was able to get in then they paused the stream. Now I'm in the sceen where to select the stream, but it's disabled.
What should I do, should I refresh the page.

The Employer Job Offer: International Student stream opening has been paused due to technical issues and will not reopen today.

The OINP is investigating the cause of the technical issues.
