Thanks for the tip, but how I know when the stream is opened. It can be any time between 9-5?

I was able to get in then they paused the stream. Now I'm in the sceen where to select the stream, but it's disabled.
What should I do, should I refresh the page.
btw, thanks dkincanada for the tip, it worked.
 
Didn't they say that they pause the stream?

The Employer Job Offer: International Student stream opening has been paused due to technical issues and will not reopen today.

The OINP is investigating the cause of the technical issues.
