Just curious, why did you choose this stream when you are already in Canada? Why not work permit, 1 year work and then Canadian experienced class Express Entry?

I am in Canada on an open work permit. I have 1-year of work experience in Canada now and could apply for CEC, but I have not enough points to be selected by EE because I've lost a lot of points because of age. This is why I chose OINP Job Offer.

Ontario doesn't ask for WES. I have it done, so I uploaded an scanned copy, but it is not a required document. I don't know for PR.

I just checked on CIC web page, and on paper based application, WES is not necessary.

I also applied for this same stream.Applied on September 16th. Moved to assessment on October 18th.

My question is regarding paper application for PR. Do we need to have IELTS/CelPiP scores for the paper based application for PR?

It seems that Ielts Test is not compulsory for our stream, but it will not have negative effects if you submit one.
