OINP Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream - employer change

Hi,

I got a nomination via the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream and applied to PR using that nomination several months ago. I do not have AOR yet.

My employer company got acquired by a larger one and now I have a contract with that larger company. They also provided "Confirmation of Continued Employment" where they state that y employment is continued but the official employer is that large company now instead.

NOC and duties are the same. I am inside the Canada on an open work permit atm.

Questions:
-Do I stand any chances to keep the original nomination and continue with my PR or OINP would recall it once I notify them?
-How should I notify them? currently I plan to provide that continuation letter, new OINP form, first paystub and additionally full employment verification letter. Do I need to add anything else there?

Why dont you call their customer service number and they would give you the next steps.

If you are on open work permit you are totally fine. you need any corporate documents which mentions merging two companies. Ask for share-transfer documents between old company and new company. Your new contract and duties. Do not forgot to collect experience letter under same NOC from old company. Your current employment letter. Prepare brief explanation letter to IRCC about this situation.
