I got a nomination via the Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker stream and applied to PR using that nomination several months ago. I do not have AOR yet.
My employer company got acquired by a larger one and now I have a contract with that larger company. They also provided "Confirmation of Continued Employment" where they state that y employment is continued but the official employer is that large company now instead.
NOC and duties are the same. I am inside the Canada on an open work permit atm.
Questions:
-Do I stand any chances to keep the original nomination and continue with my PR or OINP would recall it once I notify them?
-How should I notify them? currently I plan to provide that continuation letter, new OINP form, first paystub and additionally full employment verification letter. Do I need to add anything else there?
