One important suggestion is to mention that candidates need to complete atleast 1 year work experience during the last 5 years on the day they receive the PT NOI from Ontario.
You can revise Note 5 as below:

Note 5: You should have atleast 1 year work experience in the last 5 years on the date you receive the PT Notification of Interest from Ontario.
This experience should be in NOC 0,A or B category only or it can be in any category?

Hi I am in Dip since 15th Jan. Application submitted on 6th Nov. Is it something to worry about? Already past 90 days. Feeling worried.
Secondly plz tell me do they really rejectapplications after Dip. Or the rejected onesdon't really pass assessment stage.
Plz help!!
DIP is the final stage where applicants were either rejected/approved.
Unless you screwed up big time while submission of documents, it's rarity OINP reject applicants.

You would have also received PFL letter if they find any anomalies with your application. Try contacting them.

Hi Friends, what are the chances for CRS 411 ?? as per current update from Ontario they have mentioned that they will issue NOIs to ppl with 400 CRS:

Number of invitations issued: 89
Date and time of portal search: January 25, 2018 at 2:15PM EST
CRS score range: 444 to 433
Date Express Entry profile submitted: January 1, 2018 to January 25, 2018

The OINP is managing the volume of applications to the HCP stream at this time. The OINP will be issuing NOIs on a regular basis to applicants, who at minimum, have a CRS of 400 and meet all eligibility criteria.

Hi,
I'd created my profile on Jan 16th this year and have updated my score to 434 from 420 yesterday. As I've read this at many places that NOI is issued to new profiles only. Should I wait for the NOI on my current profile for would it be more efficient to create a new profile?

There are two differences.
  • we need to attach nomination certificate along with our application.
  • Average processing time would be 5-6 months in comparison to direct-ITA applicants which is 3-4 months.
Apart from that there aren't major differences, you will travel with direct-ITA applicants all along.
One would think that the PNP route would take less time as documents were already processed when receiving a nomination
