Hello guys, I failed to submit the documents within 14 days due to technical issues of my representative, I emailed OINP several times and yesterday they replied me with a sorrry as they withdraw my profile and cannot reopen it. So what can I do now, lost my NOI for ridiculous reason, wait for OINP HCP to reopen and create EE profile again to get another NOI? Really depressed now, please advice.

I'm sorry that buddy, but there is nothing you can do now. You have to keep checking on the updates in their website when they re-open the HCP and hopefully you receive another NOI. This is why sometimes it is better to do it yourself than rely on someone else because you know all the information yourself and this forum can help you a lot.

I think @trungnh91 might be able to reuse his existing NOI if it's still valid (unexpired) when the HCP stream reopens. I don't have first hand experience with this, but I have read about people who registered but were unable to submit within the 14 days and then registered again and were able to submit. I hope one of those people will reply and confirm here.

@trumprefugee thanks mate, as I checked, I can still reuse my NOI as it will not expire until this December, the only hope now is the reopening of HCP in the last 3 months of this year. September is passing by like a year for me now.

For the secondary applicant, no foreign work experience documents needed.
You'd need to have only canadian work esperience documentation, if any, for the secondary applicant, if canadian work experience is claimed. But you already said it is outside Canada. So the answer is No.

Thank you so much Mate!

Depending on the nominations left which they did not update yet, they might re-open or be closed for the year. But I'm guessing there will be around 1000 nominations left when they update hopefully this week. Let us pray for that :)

Yep, every day several times a day I anxiously check the OINP updates and processing times. Time flies but each day since July 25 had also been dragging by as I wait and wait and wait for HCP to reopen.

Hello Expert members,
I really need some help here. It's been 62 days now and my application is still in DIP since August, 10.
I called Ontario immigration to see if something is wrong. After the lady checked from her side using my file number she told me that everything looks OK, and there was no request to any additional documents or whatsoever.
I asked here if my application has been escalated to a senior officer for decision, she said no, actually all applications are directed at the final stage to a senior officer for final review and approval, and you just have to wait.
Now in your opinion what could be wrong and how should I take the next step ?. Has anyone faced the same scenario before.
Thank you for your help !
Best Regards,
Stay positive. You will get your nomination soon. All the best to you.

Best Regards,

It has been 65 days for me (without any additional document request) and I was told that my application looks fine and it sometimes takes more than 60 days if the officer has a load from other applications. therefore I just have to wait and nothing can be done for now.
