Work HARD your english.
By the prospect, you´re young, so you have time and energy to keep trying.
My peak is already having CLB 10, since I´m 37. My only possibilites to reach farther are either having B2 french or routing temporarily to Canada, but the latter will be very expensive since I´m not WHV eligible.
Those are some of the IELTS sources I´ve used to study for the test. Focus more on test structure than the language itself, specially for listening and reading. For speaking and writing you´ll have to sharpen your english skills though. Good luck!
