Hi, suppose I get nomination by OINP under Human Capital Priorities Stream, my CRS score increases with extra 600 points and then I get ITA in next draw, I guess I have to again apply under FSW right? So, from what I have heard, under FSW, you need to show your work experience within the last ten years. Initially, for OINP HCPS, I will be showing work experience within the last five years right. But, now, after getting ITA, do I again need to show my previous work experience within the last ten years? Also, if I have to show it, then do I have to prove my work experience by submitting verification documents like Letter of Reference, bank statements, salary slips, work experience certificate etc? Please solve my query.

Hello All,
I have some questions:
1. Can we study after getting PR(like MS/Phd)?
2. I didnt receive Ontario PT invitation, it may start in Nov. My question is : Whether I apply any other countries VISA now or in between whole process of Ontario PT invitation?
Thank you

You need not submit any documents for any of the jobs that you are not claiming points for. Just retain them in the personal history section and do not mention those jobs in the Work history section. This way, you will not have to submit any documentation for the jobs that you are not claiming points for.

Absolutely. You are free to do whatever you want to (Study, work, start a business.. etc)

Sorry but I don't understand the question. Could you please re-phrase it?

Thank you

Quick Question:

1) My express entry profile expires in December 2016 and since OINP might not get back to me in time, I might have to create a new EE profile at that point. I took my CELPIP english test in August 2015. Will I be able to use those test results again or will I have to go for a test again?

I suppose you can use the CELPIP test results because it is valid for 2 years.

Link --- > https://www.celpiptest.ca/faq/how-long-are-my-celpip-scores-valid-for/

2) Hypothetically speaking if I were able to use it again but decide to take another one to improve my score, could I do that?

Yes.

Thanks

1) You mean your EE profile. Yes. Re-create the profile and send the details of the new profile to OINP.
2) You can update your EE profile with the new scores. Also, send a copy of the TRF to OINP via E-mail.

Thanks Raj for your reply.

Quick Questions:

Ques 1: Do I have to wait for present EE profile to expire on 21-Oct-2016?

Ques 2: - Yes, I have mailed the new IELTS score card to oinp ExpressEntry@ontario.ca last friday. Can I expect the reply for same? How will I come to know that the new IELTS score is updated?

You can create a new EE profile when your current EE profile is about to expire soon (in a week, for instance) and then immediately withdraw the current profile when the new profile becomes active. You can then e-mail OINP with the details of the new profile.

Ques 2: - Yes, I have mailed the new IELTS score card to oinp ExpressEntry@ontario.ca last friday. Can I expect the reply for same? How will I come to know that the new IELTS score is updated?

They take a long time to reply. But if you have sent the updated information, you should be okay.

Hi Raj,

I am a March 16th applicant and received AOR on August 22nd 2016. Is there any chance I get nomination before my EE profile expires on Feb 2nd 2016?. Also is there any movement in the nominations for Nov/Dec 2015 applicants?.

Thanks and Regards,

I cannot tell you that because the OINP processing times are very irregular. I hope you get your nomination before that. There is not much movement on the nomination front. However, December applicants have started getting Additional Document requests.

Good luck!!

Hi Raj,

I wish and hope you get your nomination soon , may be before Oct end itself. It is becoming stressful to hold up some changes like job/location change etc so OINP processing does not get affected in any way. I wish I get at least the additional document request before December of this year.

Hi Raj,
My question is:
1. Can I apply for other countries VISA during the Ontario application phase ? Does it affect my Ontario PT nomination application?
2. I have created CIC profile on 19th Feb 2016 with current 441 score, Should I withdraw current profile and recreate another in order to get Ontario PT nomination?
Thank you.

Hi Everyone!

New member here. Appreciate the detailed pointers by Raj.
I have two queries here:

1. My NOC code is 1123. May I pls know other than OINP, which other provinces can have a possibility of accepting my NOC code.
2. If OINP reopens in Nov '16, guessing they will clear the existing pending ITAs before a refreshed lot? (Currently I am undergoing ECA)

Thanks in advance!

My EE profile is submitted on 10th Sep 16. Now I'm in EE pool.
CRS is 469;
Work Exp: 5.8 years in current NOC 2173
Prev: 3.5 years 0131

I have just mentioned NOC 2173 in the EE profile's work history.

Can I expect Ontario's PT letter, if yes then generally how many days after they send these?

Thanks

Hi everyone,

Could any one tell us whats the true meaning of the first AOR? is it just saying that the candidate has sent all the necessary papers (regardless of the fact that those papers have the mandatory requirements?) or that the minimum requirements are met and they let the senior immigration officer decide whether we have a good app or no?

If an applicant receives an AOR, it means that the applicant has sent all the required documentation. That is all. It does not mean he has met the MEC. The contents of the documents are checked by an officer after the AOR is issued. Once this stage is done, the officer passes the file to a Senior Processing officer for a decision.
