I have recently received an email from OINP stating that they have received my package on 19th Jan 2016 but my deadline was on 18th Jan 2016. So they have returned my Package.

Can I re-apply? anyhow?

What is the best alternative that I have ?

They might probably re-open in November 2016 when they receive the quota for the next year.

Unfortunately, I'm afraid you cannot re-apply or re-send the application.

There is no definite timeline. Per the current trend, it can take anywhere between 1 month to 6 months (or even more) post AOR.

Hi guys!

I've a question for you...

So I sent my application package on the 1st of March and it was received on the 3rd of March of 2016 (I've confirmation from the courier services that it was delivered and signed for). It's been 100+ days and still no AOR.

I wrote an email to them on the 2nd of June of 2016 asking for confirmation that they had received the package and an estimated date for when a decision on my application would be make. I received an automatic reply stating that they'd answer within 15 days, but now 15+ days later still no answer...

Is there anything else I can do? Or is the best course of action just to wait?

They got my package on 3rd of March and I've yet to receive the AOR. If you read some posts on the forum you'll find that there are people who submitted their package on December and still have no AOR, so I'm guessing that the 90 day period is more like 120/180 days by now (given the high volume of application and therefore huge backlogs).

But I went for the Human Capital Stream, not CEC. I think, but I'm not 100% sure, that the CEC has higher priority that the other streams,or it might be less applications and therefore gets processed quicker sort of thing... In any case, no harm on emailing them about your application, you'll probably get a bog standard reply claiming high volumes and delayed response time (like me) but at least it shows interest on your part as to how you process is coming along.

you can give them a call @ +1-416-327-0374. Also you can follow the Dec 2015 thread. "http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/december-application-oinp-t395957.2730.html", they are still issuing AOR to dec 24th applicants. so yours would take some time.

Hi Peter,

I am in the same boat, my package was received on 9th Mar by OINP but still no update from OINP.

How did you inform CIC that you have accepted the Nomination.

In my case the CIC Express Entry status of Provincial/Territory is still showing " No Nomination at this time"

My spouse has submitted once an EE profile which was withdrawn later and never registered for job bank. Did I say as Yes in section 3 part 2 and mention EE profile no?

I have accepted the OINP nomination on 1st Feb 16 and sent the required docs to OINP. But my CIC Express Entry Profile status of Province/Territory Nomination which is still showing "No nomination at this time". I sent the Case Specific Enquiry twice but no update.

How should I inform CIC that update my status as "Pending".

Any advise pls .....
