Place a photocopy of the hard copy. People's applications have been returned for placing a copy of the soft copy of the ECA report.

I am panicking after reading this!

I have submitted a colored print out of the soft copy of my wife's and my ECA reports. My application was received by courier on Dec 15. No AOR yet.
Can/should I send them a copy of the ECA hard-copy now? By courier or by email?

I had ordered a copy of my ECA report (only mine, I did not order wife's ECA) on WES website to be delivered directly to CIC and OINP on Jan 17 and the WES website shows the status as 'order completed'. What should I do?

Quite a few applicants have made the same mistake and had their applications returned. Sorry to be the harbinger of bad news. However, you can try sending an e-mail to ontarionominee@ontario.ca with the scanned copy of the hard copy of the report. Apologize and politely request them to add this copy to your file. This is the most you can do now.

AFAIK, OINP will not accept hard copies of anything after you have sent your initial application package. Unless and otherwise specifically asked, all correspondence would be via e-mail.

Yes! EE profile number, name, date of birth and application received date.

If you get a LMIA backed job offer, you can become the PA and make your spouse dependent. You will be awarded 600 points.

I am not sure if I will get a job, my company has a presence in Ontario and I was thinking to approach them for a transfer. In that case will it be considered as a valid job offer and fetch me the precious 600 points?

With the January 11 update on Ontario website, where they made it mandatory to have access to the ECA information directly through ECA granting organization, I tend to believe that if they can verify it directly from WES, they should not return my application for this reason.

Please share your opinion about this. I am desperately looking for a silver lining!

Like I said, if your employer applies for a LMIA and it gets approved, you'll get 600 points!

I understand your reasoning and I agree but sometimes, there is no logic behind the reason for return/rejection. Like I advised, try sending them a scanned copy to ontarionominee@ontario.ca. That's the most you can do right now!

Upon checking the procedure for sending the duplicate ECA report to OINP from WES, I found that an delivery method is electronic for CAD 30. I thought that a paper copy should be sent to OINP. If that is the case I wanted to know the procedure for sending a hard copy directly to OINP from WES.

WES will send an electronic copy to OINP and that is sufficient. You can go ahead and order the copy.

I have received an ITA from Ontario under human capital priorities stream. But i currently work in Vancouver in BC. so in order to get approved for ontario PNP, in the statement if intent do i need to
mention and submit them an offer letter from an Ontario employer?( currently i do not have any offer letter from Ontario employer). or i had been in Ontario for 2 and half years,
i studied during this period and i have friends in Ontario in addition to that i worked as part time employee when i was studying. is this reasons are enough to get an approval?. please suggest me about this.

You mean P/T from Ontario. (Not ITA)
No, you don't need any offer letter. You just need to be convincing to the assessing case officer in your intentions (in your Letter of Intent) to make a move to ON once (and if) you are granted nomination and get your PR.

Yes, your friends and part time works are something you can utilize to be convincing and willing to move there.
