They actually asked me to record my msg.
I mean is there no one to one correspondance on call ?

Did you call on a weekday? Did you make sure to call during business hours in Canada?

Hi Payal,

I used the same number +1 416 327-0374 back in sept-oct atleast thrice from India, Try it again and again, you will eventually get through.
I used SKYPE to call this number as its not toll free.
