Most of the February 2016 guys will have their EE profile expiring late Dec - early Feb....so my sense OINP guys knowing this, would try to process as fast as possible....my gut feel...

EE profile expiry has no bearing on OINP/CIC. Great!! to remain optimistic, but we don't see frequent NoM's. Applicants from Oct onward are waiting :'(

I think it has, they don't want another batch like Nov one, it's extra work for them updating each and everyone with new profile

Hi All,

my BOWP application to extend my work permit got refused and now i am out of status. I wanted to know if I can apply for closed work permit based on my PNP nominee? I dont have an LMIA with me. Is it mandatory to have LMIA to apply for closed work permit?
OR are there any other options to get work permit???

Can you please tell me when you applied for BOWP, and when you got refused???
I think you can apply for visitor visa or student visa in order to restore your status in Canada, do not know for work permit.

Today I received my expired DD back.

and after how many days from the day you got receipt fee .

I got the payment receipt on 5th october. So after 10 days i got my dd back. Delivery guy called up before delivering it. I wasn't at home that time. So, he called up to verify the details.

I also got my old dd back today nd received my payment receipt on 5th October. Any February applicant received additional doc request?

i am on 90 day notice to resote my status until dec 27. status expired on 27 sept. can we work on study permit/??

It will be good, if this is indeed the case. Can you pls let me know as to how to handle the situation wherein OINP application is under process (AOR recd) and EE profile is near expiry? Thanks,
