Hey Guys...

After reading all the current chats in various groups, My calculations tell me that looking at my OINP application received date of 19th Feb 2016, and then applying an average of 6 months and 10 days of AOR waiting period to it, I mostly think that my AOR email date will be around 29th August 2016. You all can calculate yours accordingly !!

Post this, I think the waiting period post-AOR for nomination should be around 6 months more. However, looking at the current Ontario website status and news elsewhere (the whole application process will go online now), I think our nominations might be faster, that is, max before November. I say this, coz that's the estimated said date (November 2016) of OINP re-opening their new EE applications (PT interest letters) for new applicants. For that to happen, they have to be really fast and efficient to reach that goal by looking at all applications (starting from October 2015 to March 2016). I really hope this to be true for all of us :)

Just my thoughts guys...I may be totally wrong or maybe we all will get it (AOR) even before 25th Aug !!!

Just keeping the group and chats busy...so that our thoughts dont wander to dark areas in our minds!!

Cheers.

I honestly wish you predicted time of length of "post-AOR" to "nomination" was wrong :( 6 Months for that is insane.......

They are processing application received on or after 23rd Jan.. considering that the wait time is 6 months and 15 days..
I am afraid, Feb application would be looked upon towards end of august only.

for the Nomination though, it's all about the artifacts you are producing.. I think nominations can come in between 1 to 3 months.. worst case.. if AOR is sept mid for most of feb applicants.. expect nomination by Dec-end... ITA in New year... PR by June next year...

They have issued AOR to 25th January applicants ( as per list) only applicants between 26, 27, 28 and 29th January remains...30th and 31st being weekends no application recd. So I don't think it will be as late as August end but by 15th August February AOR;s will be coming.

December applicants took 2 Months and 20 days to get 103 AORS, while January applicants took just 1 Month and 9 days to get 103 AOR. As promised OINP is diligently working on to improve the process.

February and march applicants will all get AOR in less than 1 month, once they start getting them

Prediction purely based on observation

You can expect the first AOR while January 28th Applicant is also getting AOR. It is observed there are 2 officers working on AOR. so One will be working on 26th and 27th January app. from Monday and the other will be working on 28th and 29th. From Monday we will see AOR for 26th and 28th January applicants and Thursday we will see 27th and 29th. 15th August Monday is the expected date for AOR's of February applicants. Hope this happens.

Good luck to February applicants.

bestofluck,

Great; highly appreciate your predictive analysis. Despite getting your AOR, you are visiting the forum, sparing time sharing your perspectives
and raising the morale of so many applicants, who are deeply distressed. Keep it up. :'( :'( :'(

Thanks a lot for your analysis which gives me some new ideas.

@ rahulimmi, please remove your post or quote and let only Lotus_01 update it. quoting the list cannot be edited and gives wrong updates. thanks.

All of you can request Lotus_01 if you want to update something, and please do not quote the list

October and November applicants are waiting because OINP do not process in December and January. So all applications from October to February gathered creating a huge volume for them including 1800 of January lot. But with time things are getting resolved.

Hello everyone,

I want to know that if in case i am switching my job then it is required to inform OINP regarding the same and how it is to be done. Also if it required to send them the relevant documents...

Kindly help me out with the same.

Thanks,
Raghav

Can someone direct me to a topic or give the steps on how to proceed if the DD expires.

I am just being curious to know whether OINP would be sending us the expired DD or just notify us.

OINP must be notified if there are any changes to your personal information or circumstances as detailed on your Nominee Application Form. You must complete the Change of Personal Information Form. This form can be downloaded from the OINP website http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPFORMS.html. Completed forms should be submitted to OINP by mail, fax or email attachment.

Additionally, you will have to update your Express Entry profile as well. Along with the Change of Personal Information Form, you will have to send proof of new job to OINP.

You may find the following threads useful:

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/query-regarding-oinp-demand-draft-t433041.0.html
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/oinp-dd-expired-scenario-t435232.0.html

Usually, if your DD expires, they will ask you for a replacement draft along with your AoR email. You have to reply to that email saying which postal address you want your old DD should be delivered to. Next, you should visit your bank and send them a new payment. Make sure you send it to the right OINP address mentioned in your AoR email, because there was a change from the time I sent my application (Ground floor to 5th floor). While majority of the applicants got their old DD's after sending new ones, there are exceptions.

It should also be noted that you have to send your payment within 30 days. (http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPINTAKE.html - Refer to question #13)

Good luck!

I got this response from them for recreating my express entry profile. I believe it should be the same for your case.

"Do NOT submit any documentation to this office until you have received a formal acknowledgement letter from PNP advising that your application has been accepted for processing and advising you of your assigned file number. "
