I mailed OINP on the 2nd of Aug as that day made it exactly 7 months since i submitted my application.

I got the same automated everyone who has sent a mail to them inquiring about the status of their application saying my aplication has been reviewed and accepted and that i should wait for an official AOR with tracking number.

Somehow, i did not feel any form of elation to say the least. Guess its because i know it doesn't really ''mean much''.

Oh well... The wait for AOR and the almighty Nomination continues... *sigh*

Hey Guys...

After reading all the current chats in various groups, My calculations tell me that looking at my OINP application received date of 19th Feb 2016, and then applying an average of 6 months and 10 days of AOR waiting period to it, I mostly think that my AOR email date will be around 29th August 2016. You all can calculate yours accordingly !!

Post this, I think the waiting period post-AOR for nomination should be around 6 months more. However, looking at the current Ontario website status and news elsewhere (the whole application process will go online now), I think our nominations might be faster, that is, max before November. I say this, coz that's the estimated said date (November 2016) of OINP re-opening their new EE applications (PT interest letters) for new applicants. For that to happen, they have to be really fast and efficient to reach that goal by looking at all applications (starting from October 2015 to March 2016). I really hope this to be true for all of us

Just my thoughts guys...I may be totally wrong or maybe we all will get it (AOR) even before 25th Aug !!!

Just keeping the group and chats busy...so that our thoughts dont wander to dark areas in our minds!!

If you are creating a profile a couple of days before its expiry, withdraw your old one first. Then create a new profile with all your details. Send an email to OINP (ontarionominee@ontario.ca) with all the following

1. New Express Entry profile number
2. New Job Seeker Validation Code
3. Letter you got from CIC upon creating a new EE profile (a pdf welcoming you to Express Entry which has your EE profile number and Job Seeker Code. Please remember you get 2 pdfs, choose the right one, else you will be asked to send the right one again)
4. A letter explaining why you created a new profile. Also don't forget to mention the changes, if any, from your old profile. Include old EE profile number, Job Seeker Code and other personal details to make them understand your application.
