Will OINP acknowledge the receipt of duplicate reports?? Anybody!!!

They might or might not. Not consistent. Some people have received an email saying the document they submitted has been noted. Some didn't receive. I didn't receive any acknowledgement for my ECA.

Also, as of now, nobody is waiting for them to ask - it'll just delay the application. No point. So IMO, it is better to submit it upfront.

Thank you Moe Juve. Your file was delivered at Mississauga location and then forwarded to Toronto location.

I am in tense condition now because OINP is not answering any call or email. I was confused what to do.

Now, files are delivering at Mississauga location and then forwarded to Toronto location. Is it part of there procedure? Because when I haev sent my application initially it was delivered at Toronto location. Now, This time it was at Mississauga location.

Prompt response should be appreciated.

I believe the IELTS has to be valid at the time of submission for OINP. Having said that, when you get the nomination, you will need to submit a valid IELTS result to CIC for the PR process. So you would need a new IELTS anyways. So, better to do the test again.

I have 2 queries, please try to help

1. Yesterday, I sent an email to OINP, asking about my app status. On the same day I got my AOR(with case and file no) along with the payment receipt. But, today I have got a reply for my status enquiry, saying my application is in second stage of processing, and I will receive my AOR later.. what does this mean

You already recd the AOR, thats more important. Ignore the second stage of processing part for now.

2. And, I already sent my duplicate ECA to OINP.. do i have to do it for my spouse too?

Without ielts your ee profile will get invalid, so you have to take ielts before your old ielts gets expired. Plus we also have to maintain score above 400, so you will have a get a reasonable score in ielts to keep your overall score above 400

Please schedule an exam as early as possible and write the test. You have to update your EE profile with new scores BEFORE your current IELTS test scores expire.

I'm really impressed with the dramatic improvement in processing speed. Though I am a little worried because they haven't started to issue nominations yet, I sincerely appreciate the effort that enabled them to send such a huge number of AORs in such a short time. Good work OINP - Kudos! Let them finish the AORs quickly and then start with the nominations.

If they start issuing AORs to March applicants in August, their DDs would still be valid and so OINP would not face the problem of requesting a new DD from applicants. This would further enhance the processing speed!

By the looks of it, nominations should start in the first/second week of September.
