You are not on the list. I'll add you now.

But I am 30th October that's probably why I am not on the list...it hurts, this wait...I don't even know how to express my distress anymore

CanadaWeCome is also an October applicant. There are few October applicants on the thread. We are into this together. Hang in there - Try writing to MCI/Premier - this might work.

Hi,
I am not sure whether this would be the right place to post this query. I am preparing documents for my Indian PCC. As i read in other threads that once we receive PCC we cannot visit that country again untill a decision is made. I am not sure how true is this.

Now here is the thing around 1 month ago I developed a corneal ulcer (eye) and the doctors advised to do transplant. Transplant is possible on availability of the organ donated in my case cornea. So I had decided that I shall undergo operation this year in India whenever my doctor alerts me about its availability.

Questions:

1. After getting my PCC can I go to India for my transplant?
2. Due to ulcer my vision in one of the eye has been reduced to 20/200 so will I be rejected on medical grounds?
3. Do I have to get a letter from Doctor in India that I have been registered for surgery or something. Because the medical report I have received from Dubai just mentions " advised transplant"

Seniors, juniors, wise men, intellectuals, etc etc kindly advise.

You can visit India anytime or any number of times after you submit your e-APR and get an AOR but not between issue of PCC and application.

Questions:

1. After getting my PCC can I go to India for my transplant? A: as above
2. Due to ulcer my vision in one of the eye has been reduced to 20/200 so will I be rejected on medical grounds? A: I don't think so. Please consult other experts.
3. Do I have to get a letter from Doctor in India that I have been registered for surgery or something. Because the medical report I have received from Dubai just mentions " advised transplant" A: i don't think you need to provide any details of future surgery or treatment. IRCC only needs past & current treatments under upfront medicals. In case you have to undergo any kind of operation or surgery post application, then it does not come under the purview of immigration application. Hopefully you won't need to undergo anything of that sort between now and eAPR submission. Thats my PoV. Even if you do after application submission, you can always raise a CSR.

Seniors, juniors, wise men, intellectuals, etc etc kindly advise.
All the very best to you.

wow canadawecome thanks so much for your advise... you are always there. Hope you have sent email to premier wait till Tuesday I am hoping you would hear something positive. Also please write to Laura Albanese, Minister of Citizenship and Immigration...
