Hi,

I was wondering if you know of any applicants from the FSW stream who have received nomination with their TA/RA work (code 4012). I have applied with my 1 (cumulative) year of TA/RA experience in the US and 2 (cumulative) years of TA/RA experience in Canada. But I am not really sure if my work experience is considered valid by OINP or the federal system, since in both cases it has been while I was a full-time student and on a study permit. I have submitted my OINP application in February, but since most of the people in this thread have received their nomination I was wondering if you have heard of anyone who got Ontario nomination or PR with code 4012.

Thanks a lot!

got a request to submit IMM5562E for my US travel.
time given : 7 days to upload.

submitted the same on Nov 16th.

PS: it is a good idea to write down your travel history or record hat you have submitted in the eAPR for ready ref.

best,
ekta

Raj, just emailed them my additional documents and new express entry profile details. I hope they will give a reply on monday when they are open again.

Hello anyone who got a PFL have any news yet? I got the PFL on November 4th, and sent them the documents the next 2 days and didn't hear anything back from them. It's been a year since my application.....

If they are asking it again, you MUST fill up that form with all the requested travel details and submit it.

Due to new changes I got 50 points for my employment now I am 498 without PNP. might get ITA next round

I had not included my wife in the application until this point thinking that I would make changes once i receive my nomination from oinp.

Now questions
1. I feel that i should include my wife's name in the profile. This will take away 30 -40 points ? do you guys agree
2. What are the implications If I don't do it ? Was this one of the reasons for my delay in nomination :( ???

Please help

Well, use the CRS calculator and check how many points you get when you add her as an accompanying dependent. You can get her ECA and IELTS done which will fetch you some points.

What do you mean? If you do not add your spouse now, you can apply for spousal sponsorship after you become a PR. This might take like, a year.

Please help

Thanks for the quick reply.

Yes did a quick math should take me around 470.. i will still get her do the IELTS

Suppose I get ITA now.. would ONIP still award nomination/600 points ?

if you get ITA now, and lets say you decline it... then OINP will still go ahead and give you nomination (provided everything goes well)
if you accept the ITA, then submit eapr, your application would freeze and you OINP can no longer transfer nomination ...

I choose later option...
I added her to the application now by using the modify family information option. But scores are not getting changed ... has this happened to anyone?

No. Once you get an ITA, the province would not be able to nominate you. You should inform them once you get an ITA.

He had mentioned her as a non-accompanying dependent but now he wants to add her to the application from what I understood.

I think it might take a while for the scores to get updated. Give it a day.
