Write an LOE explaining that your company has denied this request, and if possible, attach a copy of the e-mail/communication they sent to you in this regard. Then attach the letter provided by your senior along with it. That should be enough.Starluck said:Urgent help- guys my company dined to give me on a the letter head my responsibilities role hours and salary...what should I do..my senior is ready to give me a reference letter on stamp paper...will they reject my applucation if I don't provide them on company letter head ...anybody has faced this ?? I read on this forum that someone had done this..
Isn't your company required by law to provide a letter stating they employ you? Most company's RH department will NOT provide that perfect reference letter with salary and roles, usually because this is confidential information and also because the RH doesn't necessary know your roles and responsibilities, just your job title.Starluck said:They are not ready to provide anything which has got company name in it
As a last remedy.Starluck said:They are not ready to provide anything which has got company name in it
Yup my senior is ready to write a detail letter for me and he has no prob if oinp contact him as wellbestofluck said:As a last remedy.
Get a letter from colleague stating all this details with his name, phone number, designation and email ID. ( stamp paper may not be necessary) To prove that colleague is working in same office you must provide his appointment letter. preferably the colleague should be your Senior.
That's terrible. My company at least gave me a letter in their standard format. Get it from a manager/senior colleague and get the letter notarized. Submit as much supporting documents as possible.Starluck said:They are not ready to provide anything which has got company name in it

This is exactly what I have done as well.g126 said:Isn't your company required by law to provide a letter stating they employ you? So my suggestion is simple:
- Get your company to provide a simple but official letter stating that you're employed as what ever your job is (analyst/consultant/manager/etc) since date XXX.
- Get your manager or senior to write a letter with your roles, responsibilities and salary information, make sure you staple his business card to his letter (this ties him to the company) and if possible get the letter notarized (optional but adds validity)
If you can't get the simple letter from your company then use just the letter from your senior and provide evidence, if possible (could be email or IM chat) that your company refuses to issue you a reference letter.
You should add in payslips to confirm your salary!
Warning: give your manager or senior a heads up that he'll probably be contacted by OINP to verify his information.
Hope this helps!
Received a reply yesterday that they got my mail and documents and R under review.Guys, any updates? Any replies from OINP after you sent them the required documentation?
