Sorry, indeed no conclusions. I think if there was an expected timeline, people would be a lot more relaxed here. I am in last stage since Feb so it def does not mean you can expect an update soon.. Sorry..

Got an email yesterday about file moving to decision phase. Officer Marie-Ann(MAM) a very polite lady promptly called me whenever I sent an email query but was again noncommittal about how much more time it will take for the nomination like the other officers.

Timeline:
1 Sept: Request for Additional Docs
3rd Sept: email sent asking for clarification about the Additional docs.
3rd Sept: MAM called explaining the requirement.
13th Sept: Sent the additional docs.
13th Sept: MAM called confirming the receipt and asked some clarifications about the submitted documents. received 'Decision Phase' Email within 2hrs of the call.

nice, so seems like they're going ahead with other Noc codes as well rather than just the frequent managerial Noc codes.

NOC is 2147. This might just be next phase of waiting. Other folks have been waiting for months in the "Decision Phase" but we do see the pace picking up atleast with additional docs requests. Unless the nominations start coming through we really don't know if they have started to look beyond the managerial NOCs or not. Any progress is good progress at the moment though. Fingers crossed everybody, let the nominations start flowing in!

It was never NOC based. It is just time pass by forum members concluding such things.

Last few nominations, none of them was a manager. And just 2 or 3 such nominations dont become a base of speculation. Last 3 nominations are 2173, so we cant conclude its now another NOC picked up.

I was talking about FSW Outland nominations. Not CEC. Not FSW inland.

Do FSW Outland Applicants receive calls or is it just the FSW Inland and CEC Inland / Outland Applicants. For people living on the other side of the earth, time difference could be a major issue with a phone call coming late at night and not being able to receive it?

I hope its simply an additional doc request (is any) for Outland candidates.

yes a few received the phone call recently ..but its too slow......very slow......a decelerate attempt to postponed things. IF it is just a temporary strategy until the new officers join its wait and watch or else things will be very clear by next month...whether we can expect nominations this year or not.

Outlanders do receive calls. They have been calling Indian applicants from 6.45 PM IST till around 9 PM IST.
