OINP Application sent in November 2015

You'll have to wait for another AOR again. In fact, resending the docs is actually treated as a new application in itself, as far as timelines are concerned. This is the info I have gathered here on the forum, but others who've had to resend their application should be able to shed more light on this.

Question is do they really accept these returned application for the second time specially since they don't give any timeline or instructions for re-submission ? . I checked the OINP application guide, it says they will return the application as incomplete but doesn't really say anything about re-submission part.

I really hope, wish and pray that they accept the re-submissions since looks like ONIP has freezed sending new invites.

Of course, re-submissions are accepted. I believe you have 30 days to re-submit your application. I believe this will be mentioned in the letter that you receive as a part of the returned package.

Anyway, you need not worry as the OINP Application Guide has not explicitly stated that you need to submit marriage certificate. In case they need it they shall ask you as part of additional document request post AOR.

So my documents came back due to missing information. I submitted the original documents on 9th November and i received them back on March 15th, will be sending it back on March 21. Feeling bummed out that this process still going on and hoping the aor happens soon. anybody here know what the times frames are in terms of docs being sent back and how long it takes to process.?

Please tell the missing information. Did you get AOR and after that they sent you back the documents? I could not find your name in the spreadsheet as well. Please provide complete information, otherwise your information will be a source of stress for other applicants.

It is not mentioned, but it would be better to send and get a confirmation.

I though they won't issue any AOR untill the end of this week or even later. However, I have just updated my mail on iphone by mistake and guess what? I've GOT my AOR ;D ;D
