all guys, who have a spouse and already get AOR, can you tell me if you submit marriage certificate with you?

I sent my application without marriage certificate and got AOR as well.
Though I kept it ready in case they asked.

I think they will finish sending AOR for November applicants by end of March and will start issuing nominations from April.

my passport only have my name

Anyway, you need not worry as the OINP Application Guide has not explicitly stated that you need to submit marriage certificate. In case they need it they shall ask you as part of additional document request post AOR.

A question for the November folks who have been getting AORs. OINP said in January 2016 that they need to be sent an original of the ECA report. Have all the November folks who have got their AOR have also received an ask from OINP to request for a duplicate from the ECA agency to be sent directly to OINP which apparently costs another CAD97?

Folks who have received the AORs already, did everyone had to apply for a duplicate ECA report to be sent to OINP?

Yes i have submitted marriage certificate with my app

But not changed the name on passport of spouse has it is not mandatory to do marriage certificate is enough to prove marriage

Is gift deed also a mandate, I just left it some how before sending my application. Though I have it now but just wondering if they will reject it just because of this? Any thoughts guys
