On behalf of all the seniors / members , I take the liberty to share that all of us are with you during this painful phase and uncertainty. Indeed the heartaches when we go through such testing times for none of our mistakes. You, selflessly helped so many applicants, suggesting, guiding. Now God must feel the state of your mind, your good deeds, and reward for your patience and perseverance.

God alone can put in the minds of OINP officers to decide on your file and issue you the NoM immediately. OINP must act. By any stretch of imagination it's hard to believe that Ontario provincial applicants are in such a helpless and hopeless situation.

Honestly, for such shoddy planning and execution, responsible OINP officer(s) must be suspended or laid off. This is the only way to give them wake up call. Completely understand your situation man..awfully painful.

After hearing today;s story by seanmheff, I feel we are still in a better position than those whom OINP is not able to do justice for which we are punished.


Let us not hear such stories again and again daily. OINP at least do what you say now for god sake. New stories like this or even worse, will emerge every day due to the lethargic processing by OINP.

I believe several other officers are at work too but AB is the one that is calling everybody.

I'm a 30 November applicant too, now waiting for my turn. 2 months from now is November so I believe by November most of us should be getting our nominations. The remaining nominations would be carried forward for next years quota as they will be getting their new quota for next year in November.

LOL so mean......such a selfish thought, you want to be the last to get nominated and want others to be shifted to 2017.....And then where will the 2017 quota go? they will be shifted to 2018 if they process all others for the whole year !!!!!!!

I didn't say I want to be the last one. We have huge number of applicants from November till March. So I'm guessing not all may get nominations by November. May be like Nov, Dec, Jan applicants may get nominations, we have around 1800 Jan applicants only. So how do you expect everyone to get nominations by Nov? I'm guessing few of the applicants files would be moved to next year quota, specially those from Feb and March.

OINP hasn't given any promises that they would nominate candidates whose profiles are expiring (1-year old).

In fact, the EE profiles of some candidates have already expired, and are still waiting for nomination.

OINP will send you an email to ask you for update once they noticed your profiles became invalid/expired/expiring.

If your profile has been removed from the Express Entry system, please be advised that, should your application be approved, the OINP would be unable to issue a nomination through the Express Entry system.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of this letter to confirm that you have created a new Express Entry profile and provide the OINP with the following:

My comment is not related to expiring profiles. November is a month when new quota for 2017 would be announced. They have not yet used up their entire quota for 2016. So they will fill up their 2016 quota by November and the remaining files would be moved to 2017 quota.

I have one question with respect to ECA. The AOR letter in my case mentions that wef 11th Jan 2016, we need to send a duplicate copy of ECA to OIPNP. Is that applicable for me where the PT was received in Nov 2015, application received at OINP in Dec 2015 and AOR received in Apr 2016? Considering the current pace, when should I be expecting a nomination, hoping that everything else in the application looks OK to the officer?

I suppose bestofluck is thinking that the complete files are messed up. I disagree as AoR's are issued, the files are in order.

He thinks better to scrap and start from scratch with the expectation that the new on line application system will expedite NoM's.

Believe me, the new application system will come with it's issues, glitches and it would take weeks, months to stabilize.

What's the guarantee about the new automated system. We may land up in a grave situation.

Raj, neither it's a mess up nor a new system will help.

The delay in issuing NoM's deliberate; it's due to some reasons which OINP/IRCC knows.

Simply, they are not willing to issue NoM's at this time.

All applicants should order a copy of ECA to be sent directly to OINP. If you have not done that already, I suggest you to do it immediately.

Most of the November applicants are still waiting for nominations !!!!!!! With this speed of one phone call in few days the picture looks scary.

My husband got sinp nomination and my oinp is in last stage(that is what they say for our status inquiry). Our preference is Ontario since that is the job hub for IT. Now i started thinking it is worth waiting or go with sinp to start our pr processing. Any suggestions?
