g126 really good day for nominations, signs of something great happening in the coming days.

Indeed it is... hopefully lots of NoMs by the end of the week.

Got an email from OINP intimating that my application is now with an OINP investigator/analyst for assessment. Guess they want to investigate more before issuing an nomination. ::)

This is what the email says:

"Please be advised that your application to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is now with an OINP investigator/analyst for assessment. The program will contact you should we require additional information to support the assessment of your application. Otherwise, the program will contact you again when your application moves to the decision phase."

@ maribui - they must have provided you a training course right? Attach the certificate or proof that they trained you... and maybe you can show them that it's you who trains the employees.
That's a part of NOC 0631

That's actually a really good idea, thanks! I do have a certificate for the training period. I don't have any proof that I train my staff, though.

The following two docs must be sufficient
1. Franchisor CEO letter with all details ( Franchisor is not considered as employer)
2. Agreement in which the franchisor provides a licensed privilege to the franchisee to do business.

Please attach, review all other related docs and send

Thanks, MZASAM! I really appreciate you all sharing your ideas, It's helping me a great deal. I hope I can make it up to you. :)

HI

I spoke to OINP yesterday, and they confirmed me that they received my additional document sent to them on 15th Nov. And also confirmed me that my application is at decisions phase (with senior officer).

As i confirmed, she replied that since a there is a large volume of application to be cleared so it is taking time. But she replied that with end of this year they are planning to give ITA to whom so ever are eligible as per the conditions of OINP.

I am not sure how far was she true, but guys take it in positive mood and yes hope that ITA comes with this year end. :) :) :) :)

Congrats!!! are you FSW or CEC ? Heard from a lot of people on the forum that they plan to complete all applications by this year end. They have 20 days for this to make this comes true. Hope this wait come to an end soon.

Thanks A_23aug! +1 for the info! Hope we get Noms this month!

No FSW nominations in Nov even though we've had plenty of ADRs... This is quite disappointing!

But let's hope for best!... Come on OINP, we would love to see FSW NoM's for March People!!! ;D ;D ;D

Actually I got ADR request twice. Received first request on Nov 10th, sent documents on Nov 11th. Got 2nd ADR request on Nov 18th, sent the documents on Nov 21st. It was for proof of payroll deposit.

Ahh... didn't see ADR on your time line so just assumed!

Well, in that case it seems they're finally looking over your file.. I had an ADR on the 10th and submitted on the 20th... Since then I've had no communication from them at all! What really annoys me is the lack of consistency... Some people are told when their file is being assessed, when it's decision time, etc... Others are told nothing throughout the whole process and eventually they get a NoM and that's it!

I've given up expecting anything else from OINP except for a NoM or PFL... If I get anything else along then I'll consider it a bonus... like you, being told they're assessing your file is something that I'd consider a bonus.

I mean hell... we've all paid $1500 in fees for this, not to mention my other indirect costs such as translations, courrier, etc... The least they could do is to maintain some kind of consistency! >:(

g126, it varies from application to application. Probably your additional documents are more than enough for them to make the decision. If they cannot make a final decision, they will ask for more documents.

I get that, but the lack of consistency in between officers... some will tel you and other wont tell you a thing.. this really annoys me!

The worse thing is that this is actually bad for them, because you get a lot of VERY anxious people that keep calling them up and writing emails to get status... If they were more consistent may be they'd get less calls/emails asking for status!

I agree with that. Look at us now, everyday begins with a renewed hope that probably its that eureka day we had been waiting for.
