A Jan FSW inland applicant got the nomination just after 1 week of sending the additional documents. In order to check your status kindly call OINP. I sent my ADRs on 18th Nov and on 22nd Nov, I called them and they said it is in decision phase.
Thank you, 416-327-0374 and 1-866-214-6820 are these the numbers you were calling? I tried to speak with them using these two numbers, however, it always asks me for 10 digit mailbox number that confused me, I can't reach them at all.

Question: Do the qualifying noms typically also follow a draw (i.e. CIC annouces a magic number and more noms are then released, which fill up the available spaces)?

No one knows... some say OINP are holding back NOMs so that the few points for Canadian education can make a difference this time round. I personally believe that there is no pattern, ONIP have their quota and as soon as they are sufficiently happy with a candidates application package they'll issue the nomination.

Thanks G126, was just wondering if there was an observed pattern. Idle mind ;D
As observed, there is no definite pattern for NoM (FCFS) It's random.
We need to face the uncertainty and wait endlessly without any time frame.

What I feel that OINP is left with about 4000+ files to issue nominations. Currently they are collecting additional documents to verify. I think they will issue nominations all together in two sets to issue ITA in two draws.

So, I just received my THIRD ADR... This can't be good for the heart!!!

Same officer, NB. This time he's asking for:

1) PDF scan copies of any evidence indicating you changed your NOC on your federal profile to NOC 0631.
2) Any information and/or documentation indicating that you worked full time at XXX as the Manager between 09/01/2013 to 03/04/2016.

Since I am the francisee, I don't clock in and out of work... How do I prove to them that this is my full time job? I will prepare a letter for my franchisor to sign and stamp printed on company letterhead, stating that I am required to be present at the store for a minimum of 50 hours a week, as per contract agreement.

Do you all think this will be enough proof? I have already submitted balanced sheets, bank statements, tax returns and social contract... I thought about sending visit reports that the franchisor issues monthly, always signed by me, but that would require more notorized translations and they are so expensive in Brazil... Each report is about 10 pages long. HELP!

I think 'NB' is starting to become strict on his pile of applications. My first question to you is when you submitted a reference letter from your employer did you state the the number of hours of your work? This is very important information. In case you haven't then prepare another reference letter stating all your job descriptions and the hours/week and signed by your employee. I will also recommend attaching a LOE and explain the points properly.

I know, right? Let's hope it pays off soon!

I run my own business, it's a franchise coffee shop. I didn't think to ask the franchisor to issue such a letter, but I suppose it makes sense. I'll prepare a detailed letter, as if they were my employer and have the CEO sign it! Thanks for the suggestion! Do you think this might be enough?
