I run my own business, it's a franchise coffee shop. I didn't think to ask the franchisor to issue such a letter, but I suppose it makes sense. I'll prepare a detailed letter, as if they were my employer and have the CEO sign it! Thanks for the suggestion! Do you think this might be enough?

@ maribui - they must have provided you a training course right? Attach the certificate or proof that they trained you... and maybe you can show them that it's you who trains the employees.

2. Agreement in which the franchisor provides a licensed privilege to the franchisee to do business.

So, I just received my THIRD ADR... This can't be good for the heart!!!

Same officer, NB. This time he's asking for:

1) PDF scan copies of any evidence indicating you changed your NOC on your federal profile to NOC 0631.
2) Any information and/or documentation indicating that you worked full time at XXX as the Manager between 09/01/2013 to 03/04/2016.

Since I am the francisee, I don't clock in and out of work... How do I prove to them that this is my full time job? I will prepare a letter for my franchisor to sign and stamp printed on company letterhead, stating that I am required to be present at the store for a minimum of 50 hours a week, as per contract agreement.

Do you all think this will be enough proof? I have already submitted balanced sheets, bank statements, tax returns and social contract... I thought about sending visit reports that the franchisor issues monthly, always signed by me, but that would require more notorized translations and they are so expensive in Brazil... Each report is about 10 pages long. HELP!

this fits in with my analysis few weeks ago where i anticipated that the ITA cut-off would rise due to CRS changes. Honestly, more than being proven right, i am happy that there is some sense of logic in CIC and Canada immi authorities.

Nope, this is the PNP draw only. This draw does not prove a thing when it comes to the future cut of points. the only thing it does, it gives us app. idea of the % of the PNP applicants that are using EE profiles (not all PNP are done with this new system).

I know right... WTF?!?!?! But I'd predicted this... They've already issued too many ITAs this year, I think the next few draws will be for around 500 -750 people only just to get the new system right... I don't think we'll see another draw with 2500 ITAs this year... Unfortunately!

Yes that part can be truth depending on how fast will they make new point system functional. My guess is that once they manage to secure app 90% of accuracy they will go for normal picks. From long term point average draw is around 1300 to 1500 applicants. So PNP makes around 35% of the average draw.

They issued nearly 8000 ITA's in the weeks before the big change in the 19th, to me that says that they were trying to get most of the ITA quota done before the changes... I think we'll only begin seeing the BIG draws with 1500+ ITAs next year now... This was a PNP draw, pure and simple... next draw we'll probably see PNP + LMIA & Canadian Education only people (so 500/550+ points)... But guys, this is my personal opinion, so it can of course be wrong.

Honestly, with a NoM right around the corner and having gone through all the miserable process with OINP it would be a pity to receive an ITA before the NoM
