APPOINTMENT LETTER
Dear ARORA JIMMY,
Welcome to TOKE PHARMACEUTICALS, we are pleased to offer you an employment
in the position of ASSOCIATE-PHARMACEUTICAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
with our company. We are eager to have you as part of our team. We foresee your
potential skills as a valuable contribution to our company and clients. Your appointment
will commence on the 16thTHOf December; 2019.
As ASSOCIATE-PHARMACEUTICAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT your monthly
take home salary will be directly credited to your bank account that will be opened for
you. The Payroll Administrator will provide the details to you. You are entitled to all
allowances, free accommodation, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of your
employment which will be as per company policies as applicable from time to time. You
will be entitled to a monthly start-up salary of the sum of CAD $9,500. 00 (Nine
Thousand Five Hundred Canadian Dollars) (after all tax deductions) which
Your compensation will be received every year in the month of February as per
Company’s policy. You will be initially placed at the Company’s head address. Your
services are transferable to other offices of the Company in CANADA at the discretion
of the Company's Management. A limit of an average 8 hours’ work within 24 hours
(9am-4pm) and an hour will be given as work rest break You are entitled to a month's
(Four weeks) vacation per year.
You should note that the first three weeks of your employment constitutes a training
period during which we can fully assess your suitability for this role and you can decide
if you have made the right decision in joining us. Your salary would be reviewed after a
period of months and there after every 12 months.
This letter of appointment is based on the information in your resume and company's
agreement letter of employment signed by you. If at any time in future, it comes to light
that any of this information is incorrect or any relevant information has been withheld,
then your employment is liable to be terminated. You are required to sign this letter of
appointment as a token of your acceptance of our terms and condition to company and
submit a copy to the Immigration Advisor to enable him/her make preparations on your
visa procurement.

This is through consultancy from India. Actually they have asked me to submit my documents alone. And once I receive work permit and flight ticket, I have to pay 3,00,000 INR to the consultancy. Still it can be fake?

Absolutely it can still be fake. You'll never see the money again, they'll give you a fake visa, or they'll charge you more money to help the process along.

Everything about the letter is fake. There is 0% chance this is real. The agency is scamming you.

Genuine offers do not include free accommodation, free food , free flights from/ to home country, unrealistic compensation, guarantees on visa approvals , copies of education and passports upfront to an employer or agent if at all .

Generally it is almost impossible to get a job offer from outside of Canada unless someone has unique skills not readily available in the country.

Have you got a job offer in your own country? Do those include these extremely unrealistic things - accommodation, free flights, food, cars, drivers, and do they offer to pay you 3x-4x the normal salary for a job? And do you normally get job offers for jobs you never applied for? And do companies in your home country ask you to pay various "fees" for the job?

Just be realistic and you can easily see which offers are real and which are fake.

Pretty much guaranteed it's a scam. Hard to tell without more information. If they are offering you a free flight or food or accommodations - then it's a scam.
