Same here, background verification and eligibility is pending in GCkey acc but eligibility is complete in the tracker. Is your eligibikity complete in the GCkey acc ?
Nope, on GCkey eligibility is being shown in progress. So, we both are in a very identical situation. I had called IRCC last week, they told me same as what was being reflected in tracker. I forgot to ask them details of security check and criminality check separately. I even forgot to ask the details about primary and secondary visa office. I am planning to call again today.
Reflected in the tracker meaning eligibility is complete and only background verification is pending ? And once you talk to them pls do update me as well coz I’m sure mine will also be same as yours.
I just called them, both criminality and security are in progress. And Primary Visa Office is Vancouver, Secondary Visa office is Sydney, Nova Scotia. I used to think one of the visa offices are necessarily from home country but I was surprised to find out both of them are in Canada.
What sort of info do they ask to give out our status? And is our eligibility passed ? I mean GCkey acc shows otherwise.
They ask the UCI or application number, then they ask a series of security questions to confirm your identity. Post that you can ask them questions related to your application. GC key is just lagging to update but they affirmed that eligibility is complete as accurately shown on tracker, only BGV is in process.
I just got my PPR, my details are in the signature.
My tracker still doesnt show my COPR details and expiry. Background check is still in progress. Is that ok?

UPDATE: BGV is completed. I now see the COPR details in the tracker. Awaiting P1 email
That’s a relief! So I’m hoping and praying for some good news for all of us very soon
