Same here, background verification and eligibility is pending in GCkey acc but eligibility is complete in the tracker. Is your eligibikity complete in the GCkey acc ?

I just called them, and they said your application is in progress....when I asked in more detail....they told me that, eligibility is passed and criminality is also passed and only security check is pending......PVO Ottawa and SVO New Delhi

Yes! Me. Everything is completed it tracker since January 15. Still no portal 1!

I didn’t call them coz my profile is handled by a representative that’s why. If I call them will it appear anywhere in the GCkey acc ? And what sort of personal questions do they ask?

No difference. IRCC mostly requests imm5669 when there are gaps in the Addresses or Personal History section.

They ask about basic details like application number, your personal details, contact details and yes when you contact them it appears on the tracker, but not in the GC key.

Soon u will get update in ur profile. U are almost at completion stage, anytime u can get PPR confirmation. Sometimes things are completed back of the ground but not update in profile so jst chill and relax.
