No. Mine was like yours until it just got updated with the date juxtaposed to the "Final Decision". It shows "Final decision - February 9, 2024:"

I called IRCC and the guy told that criminality is still pending.
Can this be possible as in tracker all sections marked complete.
I travelled a lot in my early teens, so they asked me to redo my personal history from age 18. Honestly not entirely sure why they requested it.

Anyone who submitted and got the passports stamped, On back of photos the studio name is must ? Also, should it be stamped or can be hand written? Passport request letter is allowing both, I want to check actual scenerio. Stamp on back smudge.
