Requesting an input on BIL.

Here is my timeline:
AOR - Oct 25
Biometrics Request Letter received - Nov 20
Paid Biometrics fee and uploaded receipt - Nov 20
Medical completed status updated - Nov 21
BIL - Awaiting

I am still waiting for the Biometrics Instructions Letter (BIL) even though I have uploaded the receipt 4 days ago . Has anyone faced similar delay ?

Nothing yet. It's hibernation of some kind for Oct AORs. Not moving fast enough. Hope it starts moving this week...fingers crossed!

Just now spoke with the IRCC Agent. This is the status of my BGV. Criminality - Passed. Information Sharing - PAssed. Security - Not started

hi, did your Eligibility ever go to the "In Progress" stage, or was it directly "Completed"? Ours still shows as "In Progress" for all.

Thanks for the update! Our Eligibility is also "Not Started" for all. Hoping for some movement this week.

You can call them and ask them about your application to get a peace of mind. IRCC has always been pretty unpredictable with these processes. BIL is also manually triggered by IRCC so there's always of chance of someone not doing it for some reason too.

I don't think you miss BIL request on mail as in that case the same message would be reflected in your GC key too which is right now having only 2 messages. For FSW-O candidates, BIL is awaited after 21/Sep. I guess for CEC too the processing times are getting slower.
