I have been to Dubai and USA. I have added bio page for USA and Dubai was visa on arrival so uploaded Dubai visa approval pdf as bio.

The mistake i made here i think was for USA visit visa for the question country of issue i selected as Canada as place of issue was in Toronto.

Application Returned incomplete again for same question:
Have you ever held travel documents or passports during your 5-year eligibility period? & also didnt fill my first name in signature section just gave last name.

Called IRCC they said they dont see any notes about why it was returned. Instead suggested me to apply paper application if returned again he said officer will mention why it was returned.

I realized i might be wrong with my dubai visa not USA. The Dubai visa approval pdf is not a bio page on my passport hence this time i answered for “Do you have bio page? as No & later asked me for explanation in which i stated that i dont have bio page for dubai visa and it was a temporary tourist visa for 30 days. I said that i will add this dubai visa approval pdf in optional documents page. I had an optional documents page when i applied first time in my account but now i dont see that section. I added my First name & Last name in signature section and I re applied on Nov 4 and later raised a webform and submitted the dubai visa approval pdf on the same day.

Re-applied sent date : Nov 4,2024

You have to enter your visa details in Q13, not in this question. This question should only indicate what TRAVEL DOCUMENT you held during your eligibility period. A visa is NOT a travel document. Your passport and/or 1951 Refugee Travel Document are valid answers to this question. To enter details about your UAE/USA visits, you should indicate this in Q13, in addition to uploading the visa stamps/stickers in the optional documents. Make sure to read the application instructions carefully before resubmitting, otherwise you're just going to delay your application.

I have applied PCC for India at BLS Montreal on 30 October, 2024.
Today the application status shows as below:

"Police Verification has been initiated and a request has been sent to Indian Embassy/Consulate. PCC needs to be collected from the Indian Embassy/Consulate where the applicant applied after a 'Clear' Police Verification Report is received at the Indian Embassy/Consulate."

What could be the next steps and how much time it takes to get PCC from here?
I just renewed my passport in 2022. So, still i can get police verifiication call in India? or they will directly issue PCC?

if you received AOR you need to click on the link in the email to the citizenship tracker. in any case, you need to wait 48-72 hours to be able to log into the tracker. the page you are talking about is not useful to applicants after you receive AOR.

There is not always a 1:1 match for tracker updates vs email updates. Sometimes the tracker is updated earlier and you get the corresponding email later. Sometimes it's a ghost update. Sometimes the officer is acknowledging receipt of something on your file. Let's have a healthy dose of patience . I know we are all anxious.

You should be able to create a tracker account by end of day Tuesday.

Is the tracker only available for paper applications?? Or Online applicants can create tracker account as well?

It's same for bought. You can create it based on the details in AOR email.

2 business days. I tried after a day and next day evening. Both didn't work. But it worked exactly after 2 business days

Yes. That's right. They send a verification code to your email
