What's the system showing you. Is it throwing you any error?

It goes up and shows this: Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.

When I got my permanent residence I had a representative 2 years ago but, I don't know if this affects or donI have to contact my lawyer again??

This means the file is not on the tracker yet.

I don't think that's an issue. Because youually what happens is it will sent email to representative if you used a representative. But from what you said, you never got to that stage. System was unable to find your application. Just wait maybe 2 more days are call IRCC if you still encounter the same issue.

hello, can you let me know what you said? because i'm still having this issue after 2 weeks, i've called, raised a webform etc
I had tried to created my profile after receiving my AOR but system didn't allow me cos apparently they didn't summit my information to their system so, I called them and one agent helped faster and they fix the technical issue and after finishing the call they sent me a new email with a link where I could create my profile to track my file.

"This is to acknowledge receipt of your application for Canadian Citizenship. We will review your application and supporting documents and will contact you if additional information is required.
All citizenship applicants between 18 and 54 years of age on the date they sign their application must meet language and knowledge requirements to become a Canadian citizen. If this includes you, you will need to:
• Demonstrate competence in basic communication in English or French.
• Pass a written or if necessary, an oral test on your knowledge of Canada and the rights
and responsibilities of citizenship.
The knowledge test is based on the information provided in the official citizenship study guide. It is 20 multiple choice questions and you must get at least 15 correct to pass.
• The study guide is available on the IRCC website at:
canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/canadian-citizenship/ become-canadian-citizen/citizenship-test.html. On the same page, you will find more information on how to prepare for the test.
When your application has been reviewed and has met basic eligibility, IRCC will send you correspondence to invite you to a knowledge test. It could take a few months before you hear from us."
