Did you check if it's going to the representative email? They can share it. Once account is created you need not worry about representative going fwd.

I have been to Dubai and USA. I have added bio page for USA and Dubai was visa on arrival so uploaded Dubai visa approval pdf as bio.
The mistake i made here i think was for USA visit visa for the question country of issue i selected as Canada as place of issue was in Toronto.

Have you ever held travel documents or passports during your 5-year eligibility period? & also didnt fill my first name in signature section just gave last name.
Called IRCC they said they dont see any notes about why it was returned. Instead suggested me to apply paper application if returned again he said officer will mention why it was returned.
I realized i might be wrong with my dubai visa not USA. The Dubai visa approval pdf is not a bio page on my passport hence this time i answered for “Do you have bio page? as No & later asked me for explanation in which i stated that i dont have bio page for dubai visa and it was a temporary tourist visa for 30 days. I said that i will add this dubai visa approval pdf in optional documents page. I had an optional documents page when i applied first time in my account but now i dont see that section. I added my First name & Last name in signature section and I re applied on Nov 4 and later raised a webform and submitted the dubai visa approval pdf on the same day.

What the question is asking you is if you’ve ever held a passport or in lieu of that, a refugee travel document which is the blue book that looks just like a passport. It’s not asking you about visas.
for this question you need to use the bio page of your passport/refugee travel document (1st page- with your picture, name, when and where you received the passport)- this is not about visit visas. you will need to say when you got the passport, where and expiry date. If you have had more than 1 passport in the 5 year period, you need to include that. And if you took time to renew an expired passport within this 5 year eligibility period- you need to include the explanation in the box. in future, it's a good idea to check this forum or facebook forums because many people have answered common questions about the application process. You've to answer Yes and add your passport details there too. It's a travel document. I know you enter it multiple times before. But for this specific question, they haven't said "Other than your current passport"
