I don't believe contacting them would do anything. They say on CIC website that it would take 3-4 months but timeframe may vary.
I am pretty sure you will get the same response from them.

If your oath is in process then you would hear something back from them since it changed to in process..

I've the same situation, in fact it's been 4 months to the day, since the test has been marked as complete.
I responded to test invitation email and called help desk (1-888-242-2100 (in Canada only)) as well. but there wasn't any new update.
Agent basically mentioned that timeline is 25 months from Application date, also that it's a misconception that citizenship test means getting oatch ceremony in 3-4 months. so, what it means is "Wait for further updates".

though the agent validated the address, contact details and confirmed that no inputs or documentation is required at this stage, just wait and watch.

It usually takes a week to receive certificate, at least all my friends got in within a week.. I have ceremony on Nov 22nd and upcoming travels on Dec 4th so hoping to get certificate within a week

Does ordering GSMS notes really help anyone? I ordered mine in early June and have not heard back from them since.

No one really knows for sure, but I have read that it can trigger something..I had ordered twice 4 months ago and 2 months ago, I finally received one couple of weeks ago.

I am seeing many Scarborough applicants without much progress, add that to the being the worst office along with Montreal.

I am waiting for oath from 6+ months after test. 3+ months after decision made.
Reply is not to discourage you but to prepare you for the worst case.

Hope you get better time lines than mine.

nope, you can't unfortunately..but my plan is to tell the ircc person during ceremony that i have a family emergency and need to leave the country asap, so hopefully they can ship the certificate soon

Any October 2021 applicant (scarborough office) still waiting for oath. Bg check complete and rest all in process. Last ghost update 7th Oct 2022.

my test was completed in MARCH , BG completed , and no updates till then, Scarborough office. is that normal?
